(with apologies to the soup nazi) - I'm no longer offering to pre-grind roasted coffee for espresso. While I realise this will inconvenience some people, there is far too much variation with domestic machines to grind with any sense of accuracy. This means that my choice of grind is just a guess and is unlikely to hit the mark for any one machine. Given the importance of the grind in making espresso, it seems silly to keep doing it! People who are serious about their espresso will obtain a decent grinder. |
