Yirgacheffe is produced in southern Ethiopia in the Sidamo region. It's distinguished by it's citric acidity and pleasant brightness. It's a powerful drink as a single origin, and a potent component in a blend.
Roasting Notes: Good heat early on, but stop before second crack to bring out the varietal best in this coffee! Price is per Kg plus packing and freight where applicable.
