Freight and Shipping Info

Please read the following to understand how we calculate packing and freight at Ministry Grounds:

In almost all cases, we only charge what it costs us for freight and packaging.
Our preferred carrier for green and roasted beans is Australia Post eParcel system.
For some destinations and weights, a Fastway 5Kg satchel is offered. This cannot be sent to PO Boxes.
Freight cost calculation involves the following:

• The total weight of the product(s) selected - including any packaging - is used to calculate the cost of shipping.
• A packing fee of between $0.60 and $1.30 is added to the Australia Post/Fastways charge to cover packing materials.

Weight limit
Australia Post impose a maximum gross weight of 20Kg (including the weight of the box, etc) on any one package. If your order exceeds this, the shopping cart will not calculate the shipping, and only the Pick Up/Quote option is available. In this case we will contact you to discuss the best options.

Shipping Methods
We reserve the right to substitute alternative shipping methods if the preferred method is unavailable.

Security and Tracking
Standard eParcel post is the default. Insurance is available at additional cost.
Express Post is an extra cost option where available. This does provide tracking of a package and some insurance for the contents should the parcel be lost or damaged.

Please note:

• * Ministry Grounds is not responsible for losses above the amount covered by Australia Post.
• * Normal practice is to ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday's. Express Post articles are dispatched same day whereever possible,
