Brazil Daterra RFA 'Sweet Collection' (green)
The ‘Sweet Collection’ is a truly great Rainforest Alliance coffee. Price is per kg, excluding freight.
Enormous complexity of sweet fruity aromatics, delicate acidity and rich smooth caramel and honey flavours.
Long and well finished, this bean can stand alone, or bring complex character to an Espresso blend.
Swiss Water Decaf Premium Espresso Blend (green)
The best decaf I've tasted. Most people won't know it's a decaf! A smooth, pleasant cup, lacking a little in high notes, but very good as an early morning or late night cup. It's a special blend of unwashed Brazil, washed Colombian arabica & washed Guatemala SHB that works well as plunger or espresso. Price is per kg, excluding freight.
Ministry Grounds House Blend (green)
Our house blend: Ministry Grounds Blend is a blend of four beans It's smooth and sweet, but with a bright and fruity edge that the Ethiopian and Kenyan gives.

Brazil Fazenda Monte Alegre Natural (green)
This is a pulped natural from the Fazenda "Monte Alegre" Estate Price is per Kg not incl;uding freight.
A natural additive to an espresso blend. Full body, complex and intense, fruit and berry flavours, carry well within an espresso blend or French press infusions. Can be used as estate single-origin coffee which stands well, alone, with its inherent characteristics.
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Gr2 (green)
This coffee is bright, dynamic and complex. Extraordinarily bright with citrus, spice and some floral characteristics and rich intensity finding Kumquat and Jasmine in the cup. Price is per kg, excluding freight.
Definitive and offering remarkable clarity and finish, this is a brilliant single origin espresso bean.
Guatemala 'Nueva Granada' Estate RFA (green)
This is a very good Central American coffee. It's sweet, medium bodied. Aroma is typical Central 'nutty' but with some chocolate and orange to prepare you for the dark chocolate and creamy/silky mouth feel with some caramel notes and a lingering and zesty orange acidity. Price is per kg, excluding freight.
Overall: A complex cup, sweet fruit, citrus brightness, roasted nuts.
PNG Kimel Peaberry (green)
This is a perfect 'stand-alone' single origin cup. There is a lot in these small beans. Also well suited to high-grade espresso blend use, where this Peaberry, brings forward unique flavour complexities in a blend. Price is per kg, excluding freight.
It balances well with other origins for a lively blend.
Highly aromatic, exotic flavours and silky smooth textures abound. Chocolate notes.
Mexican Mountain Water RFA Organic De-Caf (green)
This is quite different to the softer, more rounded drink from the Swiss Water blend we sell. This is a single origin which is clean and bright, with medium body and mild, citrus acidity. It is sweet and very well balanced.
Nicaraguan RFA SHG "La Bastilla" (green)
'La Bastilla' is an exotic offering, which best suits single origin usage. A very fragrant cup that is mild in body with a fair amount of acidity. Price is per Kg plus freight (if applicable)
Cocoa, nutty, malty caramel and milk chocolate are the predominant flavours.
Ethiopian Harar Longberry 'Clotilde' (green)
Bigger bodied than many Harar's, plenty of blueberry aromatics and spicy dark chocolate notes. Exceptional as an espresso. Price is per Kg plus freight (if applicable)
Nehemiah Blend (green)
Naturally, and beautifully sweet, with distinct chocolate or caramel tones on the back of the palate. On the front, there is a distinct, lively but not too aggressive berry fruitiness. Roast this coffee a week ahead of when you want to drink it, as it needs 7 days 'rest' post-roast. Price is per Kg, plus freight (if applicable)

Ottumani Estate Robusta Pulped Natural (green)
Another classy Indian Robusta for your blends. While generally not for consumption on it's own, this is not your average, run-of-the-mill robusta. This bean shows extremely low acidity, with loads of a dark, rough chocolate, very intense. The preparation of the bean is excellent, and the roast is very even. It's a fine, reliable robusta for blending, adding body, crema and intensity to the cup. It especially aids the ability of an espresso blend to cut through the milk in Cappas and Lattes Price is per kg, excluding freight.
