An intriguing fragrance, floral and almost like hazelnut extract. Intense sweet-fruity aroma is the prelude to full-bodied plum-like fruit taste experience, almost winy with a sweet clean finish.

A natural additive to an espresso blend. Full body, complex and intense, fruit and berry flavours, carry well within an espresso blend or French press infusions. Can be used as estate single-origin coffee which stands well, alone, with its inherent characteristics.
BSCA Espresso Blend No. 1 (green)

Very rich and nutty aromatic flavour, fairly sweet with hints of fruit and cocoa.
Easy to roast, and will make a fine base for espresso as well as standing up well as a single origin.

Costa Rica 'La Lapa' (green)
The rich fertile soil in the northern region of The Central Valley produces a bean with rich, sweet, and bright. This is a very complete coffee, rounded and with full body, with a slight delicate fruity finish. Price is per Kg, not including freight, if applicable.
Costa Rica Finca Las Lajas Organic (green)
This mircolot is a "miel" or "honey" coffee, meaning that some of the fruit is allowed to dry on the parchment layer on the patio. It actually looks quite unimpressive as green coffee, but roasts up evenly and has a clean, sweet flavor profile.

Crisp citrus acidity, notes of tangerine, lemon, rose petals, jasmine, pure transparent with soft sugar sweetness

This coffee is bright, dynamic and complex. Extraordinarily bright with citrus, spice and some floral characteristics and rich intensity finding Kumquat and Jasmine in the cup.

Guatemala 'Nueva Granada' Estate RFA (green)
This is a very good Central American coffee. It's sweet, medium bodied. Aroma is typical Central 'nutty' but with some chocolate and orange to prepare you for the dark chocolate and creamy/silky mouth feel with some caramel notes and a lingering and zesty orange acidity.

Overall: A complex cup, sweet fruit, citrus brightness, roasted nuts.
