Costa Rica 'La Lapa' (green)
The rich fertile soil in the northern region of The Central Valley produces a bean with rich, sweet, and bright. This is a very complete coffee, rounded and with full body, with a slight delicate fruity finish. Price is per Kg, not including freight, if applicable.
Costa Rica Finca Las Lajas Organic (green)
This mircolot is a "miel" or "honey" coffee, meaning that some of the fruit is allowed to dry on the parchment layer on the patio. It actually looks quite unimpressive as green coffee, but roasts up evenly and has a clean, sweet flavor profile.
Cupping profile and tasting notes:
Price is per Kg plus shipping if appropriate.
Orange citrus acidity. Pronounced sweetness and notes of blackcurrants. Very syrupy, perfumed, and treacly with long lingering finish

Guatemala 'Nueva Granada' Estate RFA (green)

Overall: A complex cup, sweet fruit, citrus brightness, roasted nuts.
Guatemala Finca Las Nubes (green)

Fine acidity, medium body, lemon smooth, with red berry notes. Beautifully prepared. Consistent.
Mexican Mountain Water RFA Organic De-Caf (green)
This is quite different to the softer, more rounded drink from the Swiss Water blend we sell. This is a single origin which is clean and bright, with medium body and mild, citrus acidity. It is sweet and very well balanced.
Nicaraguan RFA SHG "La Bastilla" (green)
'La Bastilla' is an exotic offering, which best suits single origin usage. A very fragrant cup that is mild in body with a fair amount of acidity.
Price is per Kg plus freight (if applicable)
Cocoa, nutty, malty caramel and milk chocolate are the predominant flavours.
