Indonesian Apko Co-op Gayo Mountain Gr1 (green)

Certified responsibly grown (Utz Kapeh). Certified organic. This is a Grade 1 natural unwashed (dry-processed) coffee. It's full of earthy full bodied character and is , intense, sweet, low acid and with fruit tones and earthy spices throughout.

This is one of the better grade Sumatrans.
The 'Kuda Mas' Mandheling rates with great cup presence, bold intensity and flavour notes of roast caramel and spiced fruit.

Indonesian Sumatran 'Blue Batak' (green)

Acidity: Bright, Medium to High
Body: Medium-bold, syrupy
Flavour:Plum and wild spice, sweet fruit

These Sumatran beans benefit from a higher altitude that produces a brightness in the cup and complexities unique to this region.

PNG Kimel Peaberry (green)

This is a perfect 'stand-alone' single origin cup. There is a lot in these small beans. Also well suited to high-grade espresso blend use, where this Peaberry, brings forward unique flavour complexities in a blend.
It balances well with other origins for a lively blend.
Highly aromatic, exotic flavours and silky smooth textures abound. Chocolate notes.

PNG Ondu (green)

Cleaner and better defined than many PNG coffees, Ondu hits the cup with big body, low acidity, earthy tones (similar to a good Indonesian), and a distinct  chocolatey finish.
