Long and well finished, this bean can stand alone, or bring complex character to an Espresso blend.

A natural additive to an espresso blend. Full body, complex and intense, fruit and berry flavours, carry well within an espresso blend or French press infusions. Can be used as estate single-origin coffee which stands well, alone, with its inherent characteristics.

Brazil Rodomunho (green)
This coffee is from Alto Paranaíba, the highest part of the Cerrado region, near the town of Rio Paranaíba in the state of Minas Gerais. Fazenda Rodomunho extends over a total area of 450 hectares. Of these, 316 hectares are planted with over 1 million coffee trees producing an average of 14,000 bags per year. Cupping profile and tasting notes
Extremely well- balanced, consistent coffee, with creamy, smooth, cocoa notes. A classic ‘canvas’ coffee that makes a solid espresso component. Full bodied and low acidity.

Colombia Corcega Estate Supremo RFA (green)
Very rich and nutty aromatic flavour, fairly sweet with hints of fruit and cocoa.
Easy to roast, and will make a fine base for espresso as well as standing up well as a single origin.
