Coffee Lovers: Enjoy the selection of roasted-to-order fine coffee from the Ministry Grounds roastery. Note: I Roast strictly to order. That means the roaster is not fired up without your order sitting on the desk! This will often mean a couple of days delay in preparing your order. New bank account details: If you are paying by direct deposit, please note the new bank account details on the invoice "No espresso grind for you!" (with apologies to the soup nazi) - I'm no longer offering to pre-grind roasted coffee for espresso. While I realise this will inconvenience some people, there is far too much variation with domestic machines to grind with any sense of accuracy. This means that my choice of grind is just a guess and is unlikely to hit the mark for any one machine. Given the importance of the grind in making espresso, it seems silly to keep doing it! People who are serious about their espresso will obtain a decent grinder.
