Ministry Grounds Blend
Our house blend: Ministry Grounds Blend is a blend of four beans It's smooth and sweet, but with a bright and fruity edge that the Ethiopian and Kenyan gives. Available in 250g, 500g and 1000g sizes - all packed in zip-lock, one-way valve foiled pouches.
This blends works very nicely with both espresso and plunger.
Swiss Water Decaf Premium Espresso Blend
This is a fine coffee - being decaf not withstanding. The caffeine is removed by the famous Swiss Water Method, using only pure water, no chemicals at all.
It's a special blend of unwashed Brazil, washed Colombian arabica & washed Guatemala SHB...
Nehemiah Blend
Naturally, and beautifully sweet, with distinct chocolate or caramel tones on the back of the palate. On the front, there is a distinct, lively but not too aggressive berry fruitiness. Roast this coffee a week ahead of when you want to drink it, as it needs 7 days 'rest' post-roast.
SRS Blend
This is a remarkable premium blend of three of the outstanding Special Reserve coffees in the Ministry Grounds store.
The result in the cup is an intense and rich foundation, followed by creamy sweetness and fruit acidity, with a lovely lingering sweet finish.
