Costa Rica 'La Lapa'

The rich fertile soil in the northern region of The Central Valley produces a bean with rich, sweet, and bright. This is a very complete coffee, rounded and with full body, with a slight delicate fruity finish.

Costa Rica Finca Las Lajas Organic

This mircolot is a "miel" or "honey" coffee, meaning that some of the fruit is allowed to dry on the parchment layer on the patio. It actually looks quite unimpressive as green coffee, but roasts up evenly and has a clean, sweet flavor profile.

Cupping profile and tasting notes:
Orange citrus acidity. Pronounced sweetness and notes of blackcurrants. Very syrupy, perfumed, and treacly with long lingering finish

All roasted coffee is packed in sealed, ono-way valve foil bags for maximum freshness.
