Special Reserve
Special Reserve coffees are almost exclusively sourced from Mercanta (www.coffeehunter.com). They are the finest coffees from single farms, estates and co-operatives around the coffee producing world. These are distinctive and superior beans that stand on their own without blending and reflect the profile of a region as well as coffees that challenge and surprise us.
These Mercanta coffees are shipped to Australia signifciantly faster than most other supply channels. This ensures good choice and supply of fresh, top quality single estate beans as new crops become available.
Mercanta trade directly with the farms/estates/co-ops, and pay a premium price for an outstanding product, and encourage sustainable, environmentally sound farming and processing practices.
